LUK Official is a San Leandro, California-based beauty and cosmetics company that was fomred in 2018 and sells wigs and hair extensions and is growing into a range of beauty and hair care brands. Shampoos, conditioners, hair styling supplies, and other products will be available in the future.The company aimed to move from a service-oriented salon to a retail and wholesale and retail e-commerce business, But due to Covid and cut off of supply chains, it was forced to close. Now we have decided to relaunch the brand and keep the inventory at reasonable levels at all times to prevent stock-outs, which previously forced booming LUK Official to close down.

Loan can be paid back in 6 months or 1 year & until then we can agree on a 60/40 profit sharing but no equity to begin but will be given the option to acquire equity at maturity of the investment/loan . Due to LUK OFFICIAL salon being already established and now has over 100 loyal customers and clients of the company the owner , Paris Hall is extremely confident in the success of the business with also having a big Online presence on social media and the demand for the products the company has to offer .

There are a few major companies out there that have been known over the years such as , Kendras boutique, Her imports & Divahglam but what my company will offer that i dont see is more diversity by adding products such as hair growth and hair care products!
LUK Official already has a website, ’www.lukofficial.com,’ which is currently down due to some maintenance and revamping. Also Social Media has become the most popular place to market your products, especially if you are trying to hit consumers directly & we already have an established Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter that has increased our customer based by 100% & because we are already a well-known business locally, mainly due to the salon in the area more than 100 women are already loyal satisfied clients of the salon who regularly look for the products that we will sell and as the business has been online before Covid struck we already have a dedicated online fan base that regularly asks about the relaunch! Our DMs are filled with msgs!
Even though we started as a service-oriented business our ultimate goal is to be primarily online. Where targeted marketing campaigns will be run. Utilizing the online tools,very precised market demographic will be targeted who already are potential buyers & will be converted into loyal customers. After utilizing social media to marketing and bring in more revenue we have been able to reach a wider audience and i have realized how essential e-commerce is and how it will greatly increase your revenue if you approach it head on!
