The Business

Squared Up, Corporation, utilizing the latest laser technology provides sport enthusiasts with training products guaranteed to improve how they play their favorite sport. After the successful launch of our first golf product (SQRDUP), we are now ready to bring three (3) more golf products, one (1) baseball and one (1) football product to market.

The Market

Golf - There are 50 million golfers in the world, however our target golf market is Tour Players, Teaching Pros, College and High School players.
Baseball - There are 180,000 Little League Teams around the world. Our product (The SQRDUP Strike Zone) is a pitcher training aid which utilizes the Pitcher's Mound, Home Plate and an App. It is our belief this product will revolutionize the way Balls and Strikes are called, basically a High Tech Umpire.
Football - There are 30,000 High School / College Football Teams. Our product for football is not a training aid, rather it takes the antiquated Down and Yardage Markers and brings it into the 21st century. By using laser technology we are able to not only provide the referees with a "High Tech" product but will also generate advertising revenue.

Barry Arrington - General Counsel

Mr. Arrington earned a B.B.A. in 1983 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He passed the
exam with one of the ten highest scores among the 9,600 Texas candidates and began
practicing public accounting with the international accounting firm Ernst & Whinney (n/k/a Ernst
& Young). Mr. Arrington left public accounting to attend the University of Texas School of Law,
from which he graduated with honors in 1986 and was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1987
and has practiced law in the Denver area since then. Mr. Arrington was a member of the
Colorado House of Representatives from 1997 to 1998.

Chad King - IP Attorney

Mr. King counsels’ clients ranging from garage start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, primarily
in the areas of telecommunications, software and electronics, sporting goods, and outdoor
products. Many of Mr. King’s clients are involved with computer and communication
technologies, including internet security, global navigation, database and applications software,
business methods and electronic commerce, and network hardware. Mr. King has extensive
experience in adversarial proceedings, including patent reexaminations and trademark
opposition/cancellation proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as
intellectual property litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts.

Mike Seman - Golf Business Advisor

Michael Seman – Mr. Seman has an extensive background in sales, marketing, contract
negotiating, national accounts development and product/brand building. He also has developed,
launched, and managed numerous companies from concept to completion including Go Time Golf. His knowledge/experience of building quality campaigns that deliver results in the golf industry is second to none. Michael is a master of database email marketing, social media and driving revenue to online businesses while expanding retail and green grass accounts.

Dr. James Keszenheimer - Laser Expert

Dr. James Keszenheimer – Professor of Engineering Practice, Department of Biomedical
Engineering, University of Akron. Over 30 years of technology / business development experience and is a leading expert in photonics / sensor applications at national labs and early-stage companies. He has worked at several government-funded labs including NASA, MIT Lincoln Lab, and Draper Lab.

Once we bring our other products to market we will be established as the "High Tech Sports Company". We believe at this time we will be able to negotiate a sell of the company to a major sporting goods company.
