This is to be our family owned RV resort. We are planning to make our RV resort a community in which we will live and be a part of. To offer all the amenities that any community would offer. Swimming, hiking, fishing, campfires, mini golf things that will make this home fun for full time occupants and keep the vacationers coming back.

We have a full business plan available for investors to review. Which includes our team, strategies, action plan, and several analyses.

Being in the Southeast region of the USA we will be able to have a full time park. This will make it possible to keep full time tenants to help ensure monthly income.

If maximum raised: Purchase a currently running and profitable RV park. Funds to make any needed updates. Purchase software to keep the books.

If minimum raised: Our goal is the same however if we obtain the lower amount we will look for a lower cost property.
