Summary

The rapid growth of the mobile auto repair service focusing on speed, convenience and quality service. Unlike other mobile auto repair businesses that are out there we will have superior name recognition tied in with top industry auto parts store chains that will allow us an anchor where others have not considered. We will also provide 24/7 services at the same price. Most work will be done on or at the consumers location and for those bigger jobs we will provide free tow services to our auto repair facilities. We plan on aligning with national community nonprofits for charitable recognition and branding like the cancer society and children's aid like St Jude. All of our vans will have an auto vinyl wrap displaying a super hero type character with the MM logo on his chest for mobile man. He will hold a wrench in one hand and a tire in the other. This Marvel type approach will stand out and give us even more recognition with families.

The Business

The concept is simple. Fast affordable at your door service with a fair price and excellent service. We will offer sales incentives for our technicians to up-sell and growth opportunities to expand our market share. We will brand ourselves with well known and branded companies like Auto Zone and offer their life time warranty on parts as well as 24/7 services at one low price no matter the hour. Our goal is to make each van generate a minimum of $1000.00 per 24 hour cycle and grow from there. We are looking to create a Marvel Comic type logo on all of our vans and marketing material including billboards and social media. We want to make Mobile Man a well recognized house hold name. We hope to align with one or two national non profit charities to give back to the communities. I believe that branding along with Name Recognition is everything when it comes to growth potential. We wish to create a welcome heart felt experience for each and every customer we touch.

The Market

The automotive repair industry is huge. It is currently topping $67 billion annually and has no signs of slowing. With the introduction to Covid 19 mobile services are needed now more than ever. Social distancing is a thing of the future and we should embrace it. With the electric car industry on the horizon many people will be buying older used cars for lower prices. These cars will need to be serviced even more. Also the new electric vehicles will need their basic servicing as well. We seek to be the best servicing company available.

Objective/Future (Use of funds)

I would open a brick and mortar location strategic to the Las Vegas Market. I would procure a fleet of 10-15 vans with wraps on them marketing our company for our drivers to use to provide mobile auto repair services. I would fully stock all the vans with the needed equipment. I would then hire a general service manager and an assistant manager to handle the staff and training. I would aggressively market on social media followed up with radio, local cable and billboards to aggressively grab market share. I would hire and retain a law firm for any legal issues that may arise with drivers and liabilities. I would have a legal aide type office manager to reduce any attorney fees. I would align my company with the auto parts industry companies such as auto zone to market and provide their 24 hour parts service and lifetime warranty for parts. I would aggressively grow to other markets for rapid expansion with the goal of franchising or even corporate sell off to another company like auto zone to expand their market diversification and growth over time much like the geek squad of best buy.

Former Naval Veteran ,husband and father of one. I have an extensive background in sales, engineering and real estate. I have been involved in several fortune companies and sold one of my own 1 year after launch for 1.2 million. I am looking to align with like minded individuals with a desire to create.

Exit Strategy

My goal is one of two. 1. To grow the company to cover numerous states across the country and then seek to sell it to an auto parts chain like auto zone. I feel this would be an excellent acquisition for them in many ways. They would be able to diversify their portfolio and expand their product sales at the same time. This is much the same as Best Buy is doing with the Geek Squad. 2. I would also consider creating franchises that would creat endless income for the growth aspect of the company.
