We have automated a system for patients without dental insurance to purchase a membership plan in order to received discounts at their dentists. We have a listing of 45000 dentists beginning with the East Coast but a total of 300,000 dental providers and specialist across the country.

This is not an insurance and very minimal in costs to the company

The Business

We are looking for someone to come into this game as we launch in order to build it. Patients purchase a membership from us for $149 a year or $249 for a family of 6. They received 40% off all preventative services and 20% off all other dentistry. The dentists win as they are not writing off as much as they do to dental insurance and Healthwize is doing all the marketing in order to send them new, cash paying patients.

The Market

The large insurance companies are in the game by attaching the program to their insurances. They charge more and do not offer the personalized service that Healthwize does. 7 million people in 2019 have purchased a Dental Discount Plan. It is a billion dollar industry. In order to pass the 1 million in revenue, Healthwize only need 5000 patients

The company has been developed and ready to roll out. We are looking for the funds as start up and working capital. The majority of the need is for Marketing.

As per our Business Plan, we are looking to maximize the marketing of the company to build trust for patients to purchase the membership plan.

Jason Kopakin DMD - CEO

Dr. Jason Kopakin takes responsibility for the dental health of his patients very seriously, continually striving to exceed expectations for patient care and treatment outcomes.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from the University of Florida and earned his dental degree at the University of Florida as well. Dr. Kopakin continued his training with the prestigious Dawson Center and completed surgical training in dental implant placement.

Kimberly Artis - VP Marketing

Kimberly Artis is the new VP of Marketing and co-owner of the innovative start-up, Healthwize. An Albertus Magnus College alumna, Kimberly is a skilled media professional with varied experience including strategic marketing and planning, data and analytics review and reporting, and a digital marketing expert.
