Summary

My idea is to use free to me or low cost materials to create earthen homes and structures that will maximize profits while building new innovative homes my goal is to one day be able to create completely off grid self sustaining homes and compounds that will still be lived in hundreds if not thousands of years into the future not only do I want to build environmentally friendly homes I want to create living homes that are gardens of eden for the owners custom built and unique from small one room homes with an outhouse to an elaborate mansion.

The Business

There is an unlimited potential for profit so many people are wanting green homes these days and are willing to pay a great deal for custom craft work, imagine a home as a living breathing work of art that is only limited by your imagination you could have a rooftop garden that is built into the roof itself and never have to worry about a leaky roof of not being able to grow a garden due to lack of yard space!!!

The Market

I am unsure about the actual market currently this is my dream I have seen some of the most beautiful homes and structures built out of reclaimed and recycled materials there are so many people wanting to save the environment I couldn't think of a better way than this.

Objective/Future (Use of funds)

I will buy 2 of the best masonry mixers available I will also invest part of the money in creating a show/display of what I would like to create. The materials will be low cost the main cost will be labor and creating a industrialized method of mixing the cob, getting insurance and my LLC, logos and advertising as well as a company truck, trailer, and purchase land for growing hay or hemp for fiber to reduce cost and increase profits in the long run.

The Team

Peter G Reinolds - Sole-Proprietor

I am in the start-up phase I have all my legal paper work ready to go just don't have the $600 bucks right now to pay for the LLC. By the 1rst of the year if seed money has not been secured I will be able to make the $210 payment to get my licensing

Exit Strategy

I am not looking for an exit strategy I am looking to build a legacy by teaching my sons these skills and trade I can give this to them as an inheritance once I die I guess that is my exit strategy

Looking For : Fund Raiser
Equity : 2%

I am looking for a mentor that could help me learn how to raise money to build this into a company and not just a small business I see a huge potential if I can get the needed equipment to industrialize the process of making cob the cost to profit margin could be through the roof.
