We are a a job board company the helps employers help find potential employees using our technological built in face time feature. We want to change the way companies conduct interviews. We know dealing with COVID-19 most likely there no longer will be face to face interviews. On top of that, why would I travel far away, spend money on air fare , hotel, and food for an interview (another state) if I only have a 50-50 chance of landing the job?

With 3.7 million graduating students from high school alone this year, we see more of them traveling away from home for a job. Using our face time/ video call feature they will not have to spend money they don’t have to travel for an interview. Also, people are always looking for jobs, for that high paying job, and employers are always hiring.
We want to be ahead of the curve. Our competition is big, but this is one thing they don’t have. Like we said before 3.7 million students are graduating high schools this year. 20 million companies if not more are hiring this year.
Objective/Future (Use of funds)
The funds would be used for more advertising to reach more potential customers, as well as Marketing and building the business.
The funds will go towards more marketing to target more potential client, as well as operations costs of growing the company.
