The Market
The market for lodging in this area is through the roof! over 12 million visitors per year visits this area. A multitude of festivals, and events keep this area busy year around.
Objective/Future (Use of funds)
This money will be used for the creation of more cabins on the property. as of now there will be 6 tiny home cabins for overnight rental. These units go for an average of 120 per night in a area with 12 million visitors per year. the money I am trying to raise would bring the cabin number up to a maximum of 11
the minimum I am trying to raise would help to get 2 more cabins on the property for overnight rental.
The Team
Mark Grim - owner/manager
I am the owner of this opportunity and would be running it on a day to day basis. I will be hands on every detail of this business to make sure it succeeds!
Exit Strategy
I plan on running this business until I can expand it to include multiple locations. Currently there is no exit strategy as this is a business that I believe will only grow. the quick turn over of construction for new cabins is such that once off the ground I already have multiple other pieces of land that I would like to expand to for a total of 30 overnight rentals.
