My business will be a semi small grocery store, placed in a small town where people have to drive 15-20 minutes away just to buy basic food. I want to be able to help my town and my family with this idea/projet. Any help would be appreciated!

Objective/Future (Use of funds)
My main goal is to be able to purchase a building, fix and remodel it and then add all my other items. I want to start my own grocery store in a small town that has only one bar. I think it will be a great business opportunity for my business, town, family, and myself!
My other idea is create a resale store and eventually donating items to the homeless one day.
